(O.P.S.I.) is a corporation whose principal has provided 40-years of estimating and project management services from the Northeast through the Southeastern United States, California, and Nebraska. Our mission is to provide commercial and industrial preconstruction services on an outsource basis to Owners, Architects, Engineers, Developers, General Contractors and Subcontractors within our marketplace.
