O.P.S.I. was formed in 2007 by its principal corporate officer Jim Lindquist who brings to O.P.S.I. 40-years experience in all facets of the Construction Industry.

• Estimating - 26 years experience - Providing Conceptual, Design Build, CM at Risk and Hard Bid Estimates on union, prevailing wage and open shop projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $650,000,000.
  He has worked closely with Owner/Architectural Teams, Developers, and General Contractors in defining scopes of work and cost proposals within budget restraints.
  Negotiated owner and subcontractor change orders at the site level.
  Maintaining cost estimates on all Divisions 1 through 16 both in CSI and Uniformat pricing structures.
  Computer estimating using Winest Pro Plus and Timberline estimating software, On-Center, on screen digitized software, In-house Historical Database and R.S. Means databases.
• Project Management - 15 years experience - Types of projects managed include courthouses, convention centers, commuter stations, prison facilities, hospital additions, low, mid, and high rise commercial office buildings, tenant fit-outs, low, mid, and high-rise condominium projects, mix-use projects, residential tract homes and garden type apartments from corporate headquarters and on site locations nationwide.
  Jim is knowledgeable in civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. In addition he has toured commercial modular manufacturing facilities nationwide to ascertain quality assurance of owner specifications.
• Administration - 16 years experience - Forming, planning, staffing and organizing two multi-million dollar construction corporations.
  As CEO, Jim has performed all profit and loss, physical and accounting methods, field operations, purchasing, controls and reports for two multi-million dollar corporations.
  During his career he has held the position of: C.E.O., Chief Estimator, Sr. Pre-construction Mgr., Sr. Estimator, Sr. Project Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Cost Accountant.
